  The power cord for my computer got ran over by an office chair and it was shredded. Not the cord that runs from the AC Adapter to the computer, but the power cord that plug into the adapter and then plugs into the outlet on the wall. I could find the replacement part on Amazon for $10 bucks but I called two stores in a row who would only sell me a whole adapter AND would have to order it in, probably on Amazon which I could do myself, and would order the $10 cord, not the $70 or more adapter and the cord. Then I called Octopi, the guy on the phone understood my problem way more quickly than the other people I had talked to, kinda laughed when he heard the other stores were trying to sell me the whole adapter, and then quickly found a replacement in the shop. First honest, knowledgeable sales transaction I've had all year! They just gained a new permanent customer, and I will be suggesting Octopi to anyone who is looking for a good computer place.

  I highly recommend Octopi Computers. My computer shut down without warning last month and I couldn't get it to boot up again. I took it to Daniel who ran a very affordable diagnostic and then gave me my options. The laptop was fixed within a few days and now works better than ever. I can't recommend Daniel highly enough. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are fair. I'll be back with any future glitches and I've recommended him to all of my family and friends!
