  Took my vehicle in for an AC recharge and estimate on exhaust work about a year ago. Paid for the AC recharge, but declined the exhaust work. I ended up getting it done elsewhere for a better price many months (and 20000km) later. Came back this week for an unrelated issue. After dropping the vehicle off the night before, I was called the next day and questioned about why I didn't have them do the exhaust work, (the guy I was speaking with was the same one that had sold me the work before). I explained that I didn't end up needing it done for some time, and when I did I was quoted a better price elsewhere. The guy that called me then said he didn't want to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle now, because I might take it elsewhere. He asked me if I knew what he meant. I asked him if he meant he didn't want my business. He told me that's exactly what he meant and to come get my vehicle. The absolute weirdest, most unprofessional experience I've had at a shop. Ever. I guess maybe he felt some satisfaction from the inconvenience he caused me by wasting my time? Long story short, they seem like really nice people, but are a total waste of time and money. So many mechanics in Halifax, don't waste your time with these clowns.
