  Beware of the garden center if you are looking for indoor tropical plants. Most of the plants are infested with spider mites, scale and other bugs which will eventually spread and kill all of your plants. Staff are aware but take no action. With regards to the rest of the store, prices at Kent are almost always higher than anywhere else. Sometimes by a wide margin - so shop wisely.

  Seriously lacking in staff to help customers. Waited nearly 30 minutes to be acknowledged once I did receive help the staff member was helpful but not very pleasant.
