  After an initial problem with service at one of the stores Nic Merry, the owner immediately reached out to me, set up a time for him to look at my phone and he was able to fix the problem. Great service & I appreciate the owner actually calling me to address the problem within 20 minutes of my initial poor review on Google. Geebo now gets 5 stars and I would definitely go back & recommend them.

  Had iPad screen repaired, it cracked about a week later just from finger pressure. Contacted them and they said they won't cover it under warranty. I realize most companies don't cover cracks or breaks, but there was something clearly flawed with the glass they used. Took it to another place and got it fixed pronto, who said that several screws were missing that hold the metal plate and the magnets were gone from the screen, that are usually put back on. Would have to say workmanship was a bit shotty. Very nice and enthusiastic staff and I think they will do well, but this experience wasn't good for me.
