  Unfortunately the staff were unprofessional, sarcastic and indifferent to a simple $30 exchange that could be handled smoothly within a few minutes. I bought a pair of sandals as a birthday present only 2 days ago from them. I specifically asked the sales person if the sandals could be exchanged to another size without the receipt and he had confirmed. Today I went back to exchange them to another size and I was surprised by the store manager's immediate and abrupt response that: "we never ever say that here"! She never took the time to validate what I'd said, to ask further question or help me understand if I was mistaken. She didn't even tell me there could be possible alternatives. She just responded and then PERIOD. I took another pair within a couple of minutes and the staff had already printed a copy of the receipt! So they could have helped but they just wanted to play?! or give me a lesson maybe?! Whatever it was, I asked them for an email address or contact info of someone higher up and they basically said such a person doesn't exist! The best part: when I took the 2 pairs and before I left, I didn't take the new receipt. There was a guy behind the counter who was not related to any of the process. In a quite sarcastic tone and an arrogant –but not subtle – attitude said in my face: there we go down the saaaame path!! I confronted him by telling him that he didn't have to be sarcastic and I wondered if they had any customer experience training. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
