Ordered a repair kit for a Harken cam cleat as these are difficult to find in Canada (or at least in Ontario). I wanted to buy from a Canadian source. Shipping was more than the part. When it arrived, I found out why. Way bigger box than necessary, shipped by UPS. Absolutely nothing breakable in the kit. They could have easily shipped in a small bubble pack via Canada Post for much less. I’ll go a different way next time.
